Beatriz, Alice, and Sopia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile and great recommendations. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time.
