"Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."

"We truly had a great time, loved the location and the place we great - we loved the rooftop! Check in/out was pretty easy too, everyone on the phone was very nice. The one thing I do want to flag was that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We normally don't have trouble with that - we've spent lots of time camping and couch surfing and didn't think to even check for that. "Good time and vacations! We had dishwasher, oven, microvawe, juce maker, coffee mashine, iron. The space size and location was also perfect!!!!!!!"

"Property is about twenty minutes by cab to tourist destinations. Some nice eating and drinking places around property visited by locals. Bathroom toilet didn’t work and we were not able to get it fixed even though we stayed for three nights. Also, the sliding door to patio was very very difficult to open as if it hadn’t been opened for a while. After opening and closing numerous times, it worked fine. "

"The MSB Apartments is the standard of a 5 Star apartmentl but you feel like you are at home with the kitchen facilities and the extra space to relax. We spent Christmas in NYC with our 5 sons aged 24yrs to 11yrs. We booked one apartment. Loads of space to hang out together between outings and excellent value. We had one issue with Housekeeping which was resolved by Toni, very friendly yet professional and for sure we will return. 👍 "
