Saxe Theater

First I love the panoramic suites!!!! The view is breathtaking, rooms and property clean and well maintained!!!! I’ll definitely be back to el Rio on my next trip.

Multiple stays at this hotel due to the typically good prices and quality. The room was clean and great as typical and the suite was actually a suite. However, their service was abysmal. Hospitality isn’t in their vocabulary. Check in is typically understandably terrible but it was followed up by shotty poolside service and a completely rude smoothie bar. Don’t waste your time with individuals who look and act dead inside as if they’re being forced to work off a debt. If you need a deal, stay here. If you want a pleasant experience, keep looking.
