"The staff were excellent. Arrived early left luggage. Staff messaged when room was ready. Received message next asjingbif stay going ok. Said room was cold. Came staight away & fixed temp control. Staff excellent. Nothhing too much trouble. Said not yo bother with cleaning room but still brought fresh towels & topped coffee up. Breakfast choice very good & varied. Hot select good , topped up regularly. Would reccommend. C Handy for train station & town centre 10 .ins walk."

"Nice room, staff were lovely. Great location. Shower tiles could've done with a good scrub- had some mildew on them which partly came off with a rub with some wet loo roll! Other than that it was pretty perfect. Thanks"
