Migjorn Playa Seafront for four people

Migjorn Playa is a new and exciting ground floor apartment located on the seafront, just a few steps away from the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Galiota in Colonia San Jordi. With a practically unique location, as well as proximity to facilities of all kinds (restaurants, pharmacy, boat transfer service to Cabrera Island, bus stop, etc.), this property has just been completely renovated to the highest standards to provide a truly unforgettable holiday experience for up to 4 people. Sitting on the comfortable sofa or cooking while enjoying such a sensational view will be the experience of your life!



Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, using the most modern appliances and techniques. At the front, there is a large sea-facing living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining area. The large patio doors offer clear views of the sea and the promenade, while the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances (including 4 hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in an adjacent utility room). There are 2 spacious and roomy bedrooms, all decorated in soft colours and with air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, while the bedroom with 2 single beds is located next to a family bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available free of charge for our guests during set hours (between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 8:00 pm).



In addition to the cosy interiors, what makes this apartment a precious gem is undoubtedly the location. With a perfect sandy bay just a few steps away, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, with the possibility of taking a boat to the virgin island of Cabrera (departing from the nearby pier) and with the famous Es Trenc beach nearby, these will be unforgettable holidays!



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
