The service and reception my party of 6 received from Debbi and the team over our 3 night stay, was exceptional. Location was fantastic. Hotel was fantastic. But the best of all was the service given to us. Debbi truly went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The friendliness of the hotel and the people of Southend on Sea was truly amazing

Our room was good and quiet at all times. But - there were problems in the bathroom mainly due to inexperience with walk in showers - the entire floor was so easily flooded! The wash basin was so small as to be almost totally useless - and with no plug - fortunately we always travel with one for situations like this! The lack of make up mirror facility also came in for wifely criticism.
The room fan in the prevailing hot weather was very welcome however.
