"The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. "

The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. "The room was relatively clean, the staff were really helpful, especially with guidance on how to access the hotel due to buss restrictions. The Tav didn't work but it wasn't a problem for the stay, but the staff tried to solve the issue but with no luck. Overall a pleasant stay."
