"The hotel was very dirty and worn down. Not impressed at all!!!"

"The tour buses clogged yp the front entrance and then half the elevators were out of service.the lines for the kickback were long.came back a week later and the same things happened Fix the elevators. The staff had to usethe same one also. Dont think we wil come back. Buton thetripbacktne entrancewas closedso we had topark and unload far away. Not goid experiences."

"Amazing customer service. We were able to check in early. We also had an incident where my diamond earring came out and went down the bathroom sink drain. Maintenance came immediately and was able to retrieve the earring. It has extreme sentimental value as it is from my late grandmother’s wedding ring and was given to me as a gift on my wedding 28 years ago. Maintenance was very kind, attentive and empathetic. I am forever grateful!!"

"I don’t think our room has been used for a while. Some of the stuff was dusty and they really could use some new furniture but overall it was a good day and a good breakfast."
