"The property is a little outside of Venice proper, but easily accessible via the Vaporetto (Tranchetto stop). The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with breakfast. The hotel itself was quiet despite being very busy. The rooms are also small, and there is only one area for storing one suitcase, with no closet. "

"We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. "
