Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and the location offers great dining choices and the subway is at your doorstep. Room was quiet and size was adequate despite being in Manhattan.

Overall, we had a lovely stay here. We arrived late our first night, and just wanted to go to bed, but I was surprised at the size of our room. I'd booked a room that would allow me to work and take calls without the bed in the background, but that wasn't what we were given. The wifi signal was terrible (it was a back corner room), and the bathroom door would not close. After some mild harassment of the lovely woman at the front desk, we were switched to a room that had the promised work...

We stayed here for a weekend away in NY. The location is perfect minutes walk from time square. A lovely new modern vibe hotel.
The customer service was amazing. We actually left something in our hotel room and the team organised for it to be shipped to us. Will definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It became our favourite area to stay in Manhattan, it is away from the noise and yet easy access on foot or the subway. There are lots of eateries in the area, the Lincoln centre and central park only a couple of blocks away. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our room was very clean and spacious. Benedict, Guest Relations Ambassador is great! We will definitely go back!
