This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "This hotel is quite close to Gatwick Airport and was an awesome choice to stay the night before a flight. We had come in from the States and were able to have a great meal on property and a good nights rest before our flight the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and front desk staff were very friendly."
