"Our room was clean, but what stands out is your staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. my husband was under a lot of stress while I was hospitalized. He had forgot some items in the room he stayed at. The cleaning staff brought the items to the front desk, who in turned call him so he was able to retrieve my favorite pair of boots. Should we have the need to return to Rochester we will plan on staying at Aspen Suites."

"No fresh fruit (oranges, bananas, apples). Mostly cereals, breads & premade omelets you have to microwave. The rooms are dated but clean, staff was nice, proximity to Mayo & connection to the Subway is excellent "
