"We had a small suite which was amazing, really comfortable and clean, just a small niggle here the Air Con was not working properly so it was very hot at night. Also in the part of the building where we were only one of the two lifts was working which meant waiting around a long time. We had breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was adequate. The two staff down there struggled to keep up and they ran out of orange juice glasses, scrambled egg and a couple of other items. I think particularly on Sunday they should have an extra person it was certainly busy enough. The food here was not the best but adequate for a good walk around Bristol. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again."

"Central location close to the Beacon, markets, restaurants and other food outlets, and pubs. Enclosed yard with tables and seating. Soft but comfortable bed. Quite tight bedroom and bathroom but OK. Great breakfast options. Just a little noisy into the early hours but England had just won at football!"

"Stayed overnight to attend a wedding, and location was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and showerroom very good. We were able to park easily as there were few cars parked, but carpark filled rapidly and cars were having to leave without parking. Our room was on the lower ground floor overlooking carpark which was gravelled, so it was very noisy and we had to draw the curtains for privacy, particularly when 2 vehicles decided to park right up against our bedroom window, not great. We didn't buy the breakfast option. Would recommend this hotel though, whilst flagging the carparking/room issues."

"Our room was lovely and the reception staff checked that we wanted the accessible room which we had been allocated, which we didn't especially as there wasn't a coffee machine in it! The cookies were welcome as we arrived late to check in. I would suggest that more milk is supplied because if you have a drink in the evening, there isn't milk left for tea in the morning. The reason I didn't give you 5 Stars was because there was only one bath sheet provided! The bed was so comfortable though and the position of the hotel, being near to Temple Meads and right next to the airport bus stop is perfect. We will be back"
