"I stayed at this property with my husband, elderly mother and infant son. Both my elderly mother and my infant child are extremely vulnerable to the heat.
The blind in my elderly mother's bedroom was broken (despite clearly shown to be working in the listing photograph) meaning there was no airflow through the room, making it not only uncomfortable but also dangerously hot. The windows in my infants bedroom were all broken, meaning there was no airflow through the room and it was ten degrees...
