We had a moisture condensation issue in the room after our first night, but a young black lady with what seemed to be an Island accent did a remarkable job cleaning up the problem. She provided excellent housekeeping service the first two days. Ashley provided excellent housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. There was ample parking. All of the rooms are gulf front. This is not a fancy hotel, but it is an outstanding choice in this price range. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. Excellent beachfront location with nearby restaurants and shopping. "
