"Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again."

"It was my wife's 70th Birthday and the Hotel staff treated her like a Queen. It was her first time in New York and we could not have picked a better spot to go. The view from the corner Executive room was epic, the food heavenly, and the view from the rooftop restaurant breathtaking. The only issue we had was it was time to go home. "
"I confess I was worried about the location, but it was easier than I expected. It's close to the metro station, which made things easier. We loved the service, the hospitality, and especially the cleanliness and condition of the towels, which were changed daily. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't extend our check-out by an hour; we arrived five hours late. Our flight didn't land on time due to a storm caused by the earthquake in Russia. But other than that, it was an excellent experience."
"This hotel was very nice for the price you pay! Everything was clean and in good working order. It is close to a major subway station so access to just about anywhere in NYC is just a short walk and a subway ride."
"As soon as we walked in our room we noticed it was very clean and cool which was wonderful! . We lowered the temperature a bit and when we turn it up, there is a little. It of musty smell. It sure if vents need to be cleaned out. Otherwise nice hotel. It is our second time here ad the location fits our needs"
