Lovely hotel ... no air con and middle of heatwave so room although extremely nice was like an oven. Fan provided but actually sleeping was difficult. Staff were excellent (they were a little embarrassed to inform us that the hotel had decided not to provide breakfast) really nice atmosphere and would definitely stay again ... only 0.6 mikes from Center Parcs which was perfect for us... maybe not in a heatwave though 😂😂

Lovely 1 night stay. Hotel is ideally located and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

When I booked there was no indication that the hotel lounge ,restaurant and reception were undergoing major renovations. So we just used the room only which was very nice if a little old fashioned. Very clean. The valet parking worked well. The hotel is excellently situated in the heart of historic Bury St Eds, with an excellent restaurant nearby, Francelas.We would stay again when the overhaul is complete.
