You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Gulf front 2 bed 2 bath, private elevator on 3rd floor

Come and stay in our beautiful two bedroom two bath condo that is directly on the beach with unobstructed sunset views.
Our condo has an elevator that opens directly onto the balcony. The pool is just steps away from the elevator. There is an outdoor seating area to the south of the pool area.

The master suite with attached bath includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen tv and closet space. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The second bathroom is in the hallway right next to the second bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, cable and WiFi.

Relax and enjoy the beach view from the living area that comfortably seats five and has a pullout sofa bed. The adjoining dining area seats four at the table with two stools at the kitchen counter as well.

The well stocked kitchen has all new appliances and dishes along with a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a new washer and dryer in our unit. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board and beach towels are all provided.

A storage closet located in the covered parking area downstairs is full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler.

We have a strict no pet policy. Pets are not allowed in our condo complex or even on the beaches here in Indian Rocks Beach.

I will only book through VRBO to insure a safe and secure booking process.

Even though we have an elevator that opens up onto the balcony, we are not considered handicap accessible. We have a step into the condo from the balcony and stairs need to be climbed to first access the units keypad.

Wonderful Place with Beautiful View!!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front balcony is amazing. Elevator directly to the condo is an awesome amenity. Storage room in garage area with everything you could need for a day at the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and so much more. Beach towels provided. Would definitely love to stay again!!

Nice condo with great view. Elevator from ground floor to condo was nice and convenient. 7 day stay. Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are laidback easy going and shopping close by. Wife and I are age 65

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My Mother and I will definitely be back. The condo is gorgeous and has so many nice features. The pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance from everything you need. The beach is great. The sunsets are stunning.

Great condo, great location

This condo was great! It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, had plenty of household items, bed was comfy and the elevator was awesome! The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, our favorite was Guppy’s. The pool is small but we spent most of our time at the beach. I will definitely consider coming back to this condo next year.

Once again Indian Rocks Beach did not disappoint. When we got to the condo felt like home. Everything was clean we even got to check in a little early. Vivian always nice and timely on responding. WE WILL BE BACK LORD WILLING.

We really enjoyed the location of our unit! We were within walking distance of some great restaurants. Absolutely loved the view and the sunsets from the balcony! This condo appears exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and pleasant. We discovered a few issues. We were not able to reach the for the living room cable provider so were limited to watching Netflix. The owner was unable to help. The water in the main BR shower did not heat beyond room temperature. The kitchen could use a deep clean. The door to the 2nd bedroom does not lock. The a/c unit makes a loud noise when it kicks in. If those in the 2nd BR are light sleepers, there could be a problem. Also, the pool is small and over crowded on one day. Be aware: the unit is actually on the 4th floor. There are 4 sets of stairs to climb, not three. That said, the balcony views were magnificent and the furniture was comforable. There are several good restaurants nearby including Coco's Bar and Grill and PJ's Oyster Bar.

Lovely condo! Stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was the perfect size for us. Kitchen is well equipped. The location can't be beat. The elevator is a game changer. It was so nice to be able to walk out and be at the beach and pool. Also, having beach chairs and towels available was wonderful. We will be back.

Just book it….no need to look anywhere else. Fantastic place to stay with kids or as a romantic getaway. The owner is amazing and she has created a stress free place to call home with beach gear, beach toys, games, extra sunscreen, bags/coolers, towels, stocked kitchen, charging cables, very comfy beds, and it is super clean too. The sunset views at night and morning coffee on the porch were wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and everyone in the small community was so kind. Take a walk for dinner or ice cream….this location is the best. I am so happy that we found Valerie’s place at IRB!

Getaway on the beach

Wonderful week walking for miles on the pristine beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in at night. House was very clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was super comfortable and linens were lovely. Pool was clean and warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. Location was quiet and private, many blocks away from the high rise hotels but easy to get back into St. Petersburg or Tampa. Parking right under the unit was convenient and having the elevator take you right to the condo was great. Will definitely be back.
