This spacious top floor unit in Madeira Beach has been completely refurnished, and is fresh and ready for your Florida beach vacation! The private balcony gives an unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and is perfectly positioned for morning coffee, Sunset viewing or daytime relaxing.

Madeira Place is located in the center of Madeira Beach, directly across the street from the sand, and about a 10 minute walk to John's Pass Village. The well maintained complex is private and quiet, and is setup with 24hr elevators and plenty of parking. Relax at the large heated pool in the center of the property.

Decorated in a relaxing beach theme, the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, premium king size bed and custom made headboard. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and the large walk-in closet gives plenty of space for your luggage. With direct West facing windows, wake to the sight of the beach and water from your bed. The living room is furnished with a new queen sleep sofa and the spacious dining area gives seating for up to 6.

The kitchen area is equipped with a new stainless oven/range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. With plenty of cookware and dishes, the condo is well setup for dining in for small families. As an additional convenience, the condo has a second bathroom with full size shower - a real plus with small families!

Equipped with washer and dryer in the condo, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, excellent WiFi coverage, DVD player, and includes all linens, bath and beach towels.

A Great Stay for our Honeymoon

Good open communication with owners, and everything was clean and convenient. The images they used when initially booking are slightly outdated. There is a new construction that blocks a majority of the view of the ocean from the deck but that is about it.

It's a beautiful little place. The beds were comfortable. It is well supplied with everything you might need. It is very easy to get to the beach. The restaurant across the street was very good. The owners responded quickly when we needed help.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable condo right across from the beach. Love the new bar restaurant right there too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to vacation. The weather was superb! We will definitely be back to this spot!

Vacation in paradise

The condo is adorable, very clean and close to the beach. We walked to everything and loved it. The view from the balcony will change due to construction but i would definitely book this condo again.

Anniversary trip

Very nice property. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. The view is pretty. The bed is soft, but not uncomfortable. We did not use the kitchen but seemed well equipped. Having the washer/dryer is always a bonus. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms! I would stay here again.

Amazing Views

I absolutely loved this place. I can't wait to go next year!! The are views from the all the windows. You are right across the street from the beach. There is even a walkway right outside the gate. There is an amazing huge heated pool. The condo is so spacious and bright. They also provided beach chairs, floats, towels and toys. Everything and so great!!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is beautiful and so well stocked! Everything you need for a great relaxing vacation was provided. I have never stayed in a place that has a kitchen ready to cook a meal or whatever you need! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Itrip vacations made it all so very easy!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic time

Property was very clean, fabulous view (which sadly will be compromised when condo across the street is built). Short walk to beach across what is a very busy street, but crosswalk is right there so it's not bad. No complaints at all with the condo, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, we didn't use the pool at all (there for the beach!) but it looked nice. We were very pleased with the property management. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and have had a lot of issues in the past, but this was an excellent experience. We will definitely seek out iTrip properties in the future. We had one very minor detail when we checked in that was immediately fixed, but most importantly to us was the communication. It was so nice to be able to text someone instead of playing phone tag with an answering service. Sadly the hurricane cut our trip short by one day but we were also satisfied with how that was handled. Very enjoyable stay!

Great Condo-Great Owner

The condo was wonderful! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed! The only negative was the pool. It was very small and it was the only pool for 2 buildings. If you tried to go later in the day there was no room or chairs.

Great location close to beach access and great pool! Condo had every thing you need. For me the bed was to soft . Otherwise it was a great vacation. Would definitely stay there again. Also close to walk for ice cream or Johns pass

New Years Stay

The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. It was an easy walk during to and from. Initially we booked to stay at one unit but due to renovations we were switched to a different building and a bigger suite. We enjoyed our stay and found that the unit had everything we needed. There was the fishy smell each time you first walk in the doorway of the suite but we got used to it after a few minutes. Overall, would definitely recommend!
