AMAZING STAY!

This was such a great place to stay! Very clean and across the street from the beach!! Wonderful accommodations and beach chairs and umbrellas! The pool was very nice as well too. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Felt very safe at the property.

Convenient to beach

Small and fine if you usually eat out. Made for just 2 people but works okay. Easy walk to a great beach. Restaurants near by.

Great first visit to Friendly Native Condos

The efficiency was perfect for us for a quick stay! We loved the neighborhood, friendly people, clean accommodations that gave us everything we needed! We loved using the beach chairs and also found the pool to be well kept up and very comfortable. We would love to come back!

Tweaks and its a gold star

The concept of washing our own towels instead of exchanging them was not a good feeling. For this price, a towel exchange should be available. We had 4 towels for 2 people and there for 5 days. So we had to triple up on towels. They would have exchanged them for a fee. The place was great otherwise. Parking arrangements could have been a little clearer. We had to ask a few questions and the host replied very fast. Thanks

Very clean and convenient

I loved that it was so close to the beach. Perfect getaway! Didn’t have to worry about driving or parking. The place was really clean and neat. Don, the owner is also very responsive, attentive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Location is great. Was on ground level so no steps and had a lot of amenities in the rental to make my vacation easy! Chairs for the beach and umbrella ☂ extra beach towels even! ❤️

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place to getaway. Accommodations were clean and perfect amount of space for two people. First time sleeping on a Murphy bed. Not terrible but not super great. Only because of my back issues. Owner very informative and provided great trip suggestions. Will stay again

Cute little place with great location

We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and close to all the restaurants. Suite was great just for my fiancé and I. Having the umbrella, chairs and cooler was very nice. Took off one star because we were only left one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper and the hand soap was almost empty when we got there. We did ask for refills and they came the same day and fixed the issue. I would recommend this place.

Nice place

Condo was in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The only issue was there was only two batt towels. Wish I had known so I could have brought more instead of buying more. Nice beach chairs in the closet to use. Murphy bed was much more comfortable than I expected. Nice pool area.

Perfect place for my girlfriend and I in our late 20s

The place was absolutely perfect being in our late 20s. Super close walk to everything including the beach, groceries, beach bars, and just all-around fun. Very clean as well and checking in was super easy. Don was super responsive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. He was even nice enough to fully reimburse us if Hurricane Ian had affected the area (thankfully it didn't) even though we did not buy travel insurance. I would recommend this place to any two people looking for an awesome vacation. Thanks for everything Don! Also, definitely recommend the free island hopper to get around and to try out John's Pass. We rented a golf kart for pretty cheap as well for the day at Toy Barn. Rick's Reef, Toasted Monkey, and Jimmy B's were some of our favorite closeby bars.

Clean unit in an old building

Small clean unit with lovely pool close to beach. Pool area could be monitored better. (No locks working) Entranceway should be cleaned and painted, no emergency lights in hall when power went out. Based on pictures we thought we had a walkout but disappointed that it was not. Owner helpful in getting back to guests.

Murphy wall mattress so uncomfortable

The condo was nice but except bathroom, outdated but clean.The mattress on Murphy bed was not tolerable. You could feel every lump and bump. The burlap couch in living room was uncomfortable and very itchy. We were so uncomfortable we tried to sleep but could not . Left there to drive home on our first night at 3am just to be able to sleep. I must say that our hosts were some of the kindest people to deal with but I have to tell the truth. One thing I must say is everything you could need other then bed and sofa (Murphy bed and sofa, bad experience)was there.

Won’t be staying here again!

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect…less than a three minute walk to the beach, restaurants within a walking distance, and the rental comes with free parking and use of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The owner seems to be very kind and is easy to get in contact with. However, none of the issues listed below were resolved during our stay: 1. The Murphy bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. Absolutely miserable to sleep on and unacceptable quality of a mattress. 2. The wall-mounted air conditioner right above the bed sounded like it was chewing up aluminum cans. My husband was able to fix it but it was still quite loud and made it hard to fall asleep . 3. Spectrum cable went out in the entire condo property for approximately 12 hours. Not the owner’s fault, but an issue nonetheless. 4. There was a water main issue on the property that caused the water to be shut off for several hours. Again, not the owner’s fault but an issue nonetheless. 5. The bathroom sink had a slow leak on the floor and barely any water came out of the faucet even with both knobs completely open. 6. The shower drain was clogged from day one but would slowly drain. However, on day two, it became 100% clogged and would not drain at all. After the second day of a seven night rental, we were left no choice but to find a different place to stay. We plan on visiting St. Pete beach again next year, but will not be rebooking at this location.

Great place to stay

Really nice small condo. Well outfitted with everything you need. Super location right by the beach. Just a 1/2 block walk to the sand. Location, location, location! Well-kept heated pool. It's easy to have a great time here.The owner was quickly available to respond to any questions.
