Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please shut doors/windows to prevent ants and mosquitoes from coming in. Avoid leaving out food to deter pests.
Please leave the remote for the family room TV on the coffee table and the remote to the bedroom TV on the nightstand.
Trash bins on the side of the house need to be taken out on the street the night before pickup. Trash collection is every Thursday (Green bin), recycling every Wednesday (Gray bin).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you are bringing pets, please be sure to pick up after them. Pets are not allowed on beds.
The grill is provided for convenience. Propaine is not guaranteed. If the tank runs out, guests are responsible for refilling it themselves.
