Designed with comfort and cozy in mind, the 1 bed/1 bath 1st floor condo is fully stocked. From a brand new NovaFoam KING mattress, new cotton linens, plenty of towels and blankets, a fully-equipped Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dining area, desk space with hi-speed internet, a brand new pull-out double sectional, beach gear, you will have EVERYTHING you need. Situated in a quaint 14-units condo community with shared BBQ space and outdoor shower, there is also a digital laundry facility on-site and patio furniture...all just steps away from the water.
Surrounded by water activities, trails, parks (Sand Key Clearwater Beach), restaurants/bars, miniature golf, shopping, and the fun continues! A few miles North is Clearwater Beach and the adorable town of Dunedin. Approximately 30 minutes from Tampa, 30 minutes to St. Petersburg.
