"We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival , our room was modern clean and very big in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in. We opted for a meal in the bar , which again was lovely and served in ample time. Beds were super comfortable and aided a good nights sleep. We hadn’t planned to have breakfast, but decided to in the morning. Again we were greeted with a warm welcome and talked through the options and were offered hot drinks straight away. There were plenty of fresh breakfast options and although I personally think hotel breakfast in general are over priced , here I didn’t feel ripped off. We chose this hotel due to its location to Cheshire Oaks outlet village, it is only 5mins away and close to the motorway which made it a perfect choice. We had stayed at this hotel many years ago for the same reason and we won’t hesitate to return next time a shopping trip beckons. "

"room could’ve been cleaner. cobwebs and genes wear and tear. also rang the bell at the desk to ask about dinner after check in and nobody came. so wasn’t very attentive "
