Arnaque ?

Essayé d'entrer en contact avec l'hôtel pour avoir des informations sur le check-in, impossible de rejoindre le numéro. Hotels.com nous répond avec l'insignifiant Virtuel...Finalement, arrive a l'hôtel à 14h00 le jour du check-in et problème supposément de plomberie. Hotels.com devrait être au courant depuis quelques jours...Ah bon! Appelle Hotels.com/Expedia et le préposé me dit que le problème sera réglé facilement. Je n'ai qu'à prendre un autre hôtel de la région et on me paiera la différence ainsi que les frais de transport. J'ai réservé le moins cher disponible sur Hotels.com et j'attends toujours le dédommagement promis 22 jours plus tard. C'est plaisant d'être client Gold et d'avoir la garantie...Je vois que le même problème s'est produit en février, pas rassurant...moins confiance en Hotels.com.

Absolutely terrific night at the Castle. Could not have been made feel any more welcome. Breakfasy was really lovely but please repaint room no 6 as it reeks of stale smoke.
