"Luiz at the front desk was amazingly compassionate, kind, and helpful. We arrived with a big problem to solve and he was instrumental in the solution. The location is very central, across from the Cathedral, but even on the second floor noise was not a problem. The room faces west and sunsets over the city were beautiful from our windows."

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about this hotel, the staff were truly amazing and we had some lovely conversations with them. We will definitely be back."

"Wonderful, central location. Hotel was fantastic. We had the breakfast one morning- excellent. Bistro Lounge has great drink selections and also had a light meal- all great quality. Loved our room and the hotel overall."

"Perfect location by the riverside. In the middle of everything, and because of that it is very noisy out side. Good breakfast and good size rooms. "

"Hotel was in an good location however room was small and dark. We complained and they moved us to another room with a little more light. No view in either room. Hallways were dark and depressing. Breakfast was average nothing exceptional. Had to ask for the free bottle of wine. Was not offered"
