"We had an amazing holiday at Hotel Hambros. The staff, the pool, the location, the breakfast and restaurant. Guido and Stefania at the front of house went above and beyond to help us and Susan by the pool was a ray of sunshine every day and couldn’t do enough for us. If we had any type of problem or question or concern everyone was quick to be of service to us and help us out. No problem was to big and we were made to feel so welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. "

"I didn't like the check out process. I paid with my credit card and for some reason Expedia processed my card as well. Why Expedia did that if the instructions was PAY AT PROPERTY? I will stop to use Expedia if this happen again. Now, I'm disputing it with my credit card "

Tende con buchi di sigarette, materassi singoli del letto matrimoniale sfondati. Le lenzuola erano lise e la finestra in bagno non si chiudeva. Moquette macchiata. Colazione con cibo confezionato del discount. Personale gentilissimo ma un po' distratto."
