Disliked: Cleanliness
issues
can i start with positive's the property was what i was expecting and the location was where i booked and was easy to access for a person who has mobility issue's the negatives was the kettle leaked which was an issue as we hand a young child with us the amount of cobwebs was ridiculous yes i understand it is in the country but on checkout i was told the property was cleaned on Saturday and we arrived Monday evening cooking facilities i.e. pans need to be reviewed as no suitable for a family cook to small the internet was rubbish constantly buffering and loosing connection on check in I was told that the electric would be about 10 euros a day to be given a bill for nearly 80 euros so found that a joke u think with the extra charge and the price i paid for the holiday was more than its worth the bills should be included i am hoping that someone will reply to the email as i don't think my full experience was value for money and should be addressed

Mr & Mrs S from Lewes
The property was nice inside but outside the patio was covered with cobwebs and the windows were dirty, there was inefficient hot water and the washing machine did not work. Sharon Hogan the manager informed us on checking in that she was off on holiday to Spain but did not give us a contact number is someone in Ireland, consequently when the issues with the water and the washing machine arose we were unable to get hold of her or anyone else to rectify this.
