"We enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas at this property! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The host was very quick to respond and helped us navigate turning the hot tub and pool on. The hot tub system was old, and took a little bit of effort to get going, but once we got it on, it was very warm."

"The house is spacious and very clean. Ray is very quick to respond to any question or concerns and his mother is very helpful. Perhaps I missed this in the listing, but it would be helpful to know that there is a fee if you are interested in using the hot tub and that there is a bit of effort required to make it work. But we really enjoyed our stay there - especially after we figured out how to turn off the noise machine that is set up in backyard to deter birds.Although the various noises made us laugh, it does come on at daybreak and can be heard in the home. So unless you are an early riser, turning it off at night is recommended. "

"The goods - the room was spacious and clean - mini kitchen, cutlery, big sink - big fridge - relatively safe area - automatically lit walkway - plenty of street parking if you have a car - queen bed - reasonable price - straightforward communication of the host Things to be mindful of - Thin walls, some noises from other rooms could slip in (though very little) - raised ground at the door outside, need to be careful - low water pressure in the shower - mattress legs are a bit unstable - neighbor’s dog barking for a long period of time on some nights Overall a very nice stay"
