Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you. "The staff were so helpful. They made our special occasion stay even more special. The only downside was breakfast on the Sunday morning when all the coffee machines weren’t working. Also, one of the lifts wasn’t working for three nights. Having said that, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn. It is a great hotel! "
