"Situated well. Staff ok. Room stinked really badly from the drain in the shower. I was exhausted so I shut the door, opened the window and slept. Workmen woke me up from outside, minimal sleep. Went to breakfast, good choice but had to wait in long Q 10 minutes. Tell chef boiled eggs should be put in non metal serving container then the yolks wont look green/grey. I had the single delux room, really it should be cleaning cupboard. When returning from breakfast, a man holding a toolbox came out of my room without permission from me to be there hadn't said anything so they already knew there was a problem. Very poor show. I want my money back."

"This location was perfectly situated just steps from bus stops and an underground station. It had a grocery store and multiple restaurants across the street as well as restaurants in the hotel although we didnt get a chance to try any of them. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around and relaxing, it is within walking distance to so many wonderful areas I really cant say enough how much we enjoy that area of Kensington. The employees were super helpful, they stored our luggage for us on the first day and then brought it all to the room so we didnt have to keep dealing with it, they were always available to answer questions and the employees who did the room cleaning were very friendly as well. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it is in my top 3 for hotels I would stay in again in London. If we want to stay in Kensington again, I would definitely look at this hotel first, depending on the rate and time of year."

"The first room that was provided was on the 7th floor and felt like the train was rolling through the room. There is a train every five minutes and it was extremely noisy. Went to reception and was told that if I wanted a quiet option on the other side of the hotel, it would be $30GBP per night. Do not book if you are looking for a relaxing stay. "

"Great location & staff. Elegantly designed room & bathroom although smaller than existing and no heated towel rail? Would recommend & return."

"No hot water for a bath or shower. Not good considering I paid over £200 including parking! They offered me 10% on a future stay."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."
