"A super overnight stay at this lovely hotel! 10 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall, and overlooking Hyde Park. Kensington High Street is vibrant with many great eateries and shops! Our room was on the tenth floor overlooking Kensington Palace. Modern, stylish decor; comfy bed, pillows, and good linens. Penhaligans bathroom ‘goodies’ were a very nice luxury upgrade from the usual, bog standard hotel toiletries. Excellent! Will definitely stay here again! "

"5 stars for Rishav for addressing my needs. 5 stars to Elo for keeping us warm. 5 stars for location, We were happy with the room until we realized the thermostat was broken. We had to sleep with the window open in March in London. We prayed the cold would not affect us. "

"City break with my cousin. The hotel is in a good location and a short walk from South Kensington tube station; the staff where freindly and helpful, the breakfast on the morning was nice. Lots of places to chose to eat out on a night time that are within walking distance if the hotel. If you want to use the pool it's best to pick a day that is going to be the least busy to get your money's worth as it cost £15 per day for each person and, we took advantage of the adult only times which where very quite as well. Will stay at this hotel again."

"This is a beautiful hotel close to Earls Court tube making it easy to get around London. The decor is beautiful and would consider staying again in the summer as the garden is lovely. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were delighted to receive a room upgrade snd be able to check in even though we were 4 hours before usual check in time. The room was lovely. Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us which impacted our nights sleep but I don’t blame the hotel (everyone is different ☺️). There was some confusion about bar opening times - we were originally told it was 7-10:30pm but we later discovered it’s open all afternoon and one evening when we got back after 10:30, the bar staff kindly served us. The two bar guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable- we enjoyed their advice on Tequila. My only real area of criticism was the breakfast and the lady manager at breakfast. My first day I asked for sourdough toast and poached egg and despite the restaurant being very quiet, if was cold when it arrived. Also I ordered a flat white which I had to chase and it wasn’t brought until after I’d eaten my breakfast. Mostly though, we found the restaurant manager to be very rude. She never smiled (apart from when joking with the chef and other staff) and my husband spoke to her the second day to ask for some toast on the pass which hadn’t been delivered with his breakfast, and she looked at him and promptly turned away to greet some new guests in to the restaurant. "
