"The hotel was next to Kensington garden and palace, it was very close to walking distance to tube station and even to hop on hop off big bus tours. Overall, we made an excellent choice staying here."

"Our junior suite was comfortable and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy the suite. If maintenance help was needed, they responded immediately (our sink stopper stuck and we could not open it - no big deal). The only item we were disappointed in was breakfast. Frankly we have stayed many places and the breakfast at The Bailey's was average. It was almost identical to breakfast at a Holiday Inn or a Hampton Inn. It has a nice sbreakfast buffet with a mix of hot (eggs sausage, ham, beans) and cold foods (juice, fruit, cereals, yogurt) as well a a good selection of breads. No food were available cooked to order The only custom item that we were told about was we could get cappucino. If omelettes or freshly custom fired eggs were available, we were not informed of it."

"I had a single room which was quite small but reasonable for a London Hotel in the centre of Kensington. There was a bath in the en-suite bathroom as well as shower. There is the added bonus of a large swimming pool and sauna. Sadly the jacuzzi was out of order but the pool is wonderful. My room had fridge, (useful as generally food is expensive) a good hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as plenty of cupboard space. TV channels are limited and there is precious little radio e.g.classic fm, or radio 3 or 4. There's pop music and not much else. This may change! I'd recommend and will return again."
