"Checking in, or even reserving in the first place, can be remarkably difficult if you don’t have a smartphone. My check-in agent was wonderfully helpful, and eventually figured out a way to provide me with the necessary “key” in spite of my iPad-based reservation. Still, prepare yourself for a bit of a struggle…"

"We had a lovely stay at The Wesley Hotel and would definitely stay again. A special mention has to go to Nourtic, the receptionist/concierge, who was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming, and made us laugh from the moment we arrived. He genuinely made us feel right at home and is clearly made for customer-facing roles. He is a real asset to The Wesley team and one of those people who leaves you with a great impression of a hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was also brilliant, with Euston right on the doorstep and great transport links across London. Despite the works currently taking place at Euston Station, we were pleasantly surprised by how little noise we could hear. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with fantastic service, We would happily stay at The Wesley again."

"We had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the helpful staff most of all -we also had a lovely room and slept well as it was so quiet (we had requested a quiet room ). We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. It is so conveniently situated."

"No air conditioning which is becoming increasingly necessary now. Have to open windows which makes it noisy being on a main road. Small table fan was noisy. Room and bathroom tight space but clean. Overall the hotel was clean. Should add small towels for bathing if using liquid soap."

"Definitely a decent hotel to stay in. Everything was clean and facilities were good. Very helpful staff. No air conditioning but fans provided on request. Definitely stay again as location very good."
