"Room was very clean and location was great - next to trains, very safe and lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was very small and basic, but felt warm and cozy for a stay during cold weather. The room was very quiet and came with free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and filtered water. Overall perfect for a short stay!"

"It was quite the tiniest room I’ve stayed in but perfect for the solo traveller. And staff were exceptional. Greeted me for a bag drop off, left my bags ready for me when I got to the room along with a lovely, thoughtful welcome gift. And a tea trolley outside my door in the morning. Great location. "

"Stayed two nights and the hotel served us really well. Self Check in details were provided a couple of days before our stay. The room was clean and plenty of space for a 3 night stay. The location is excellent, really close to tube station and only 3 stops from Leicester Square. Nice bar across the road, and a lovely new cafe nearby."

"The staff were extremely helpful. The property hoops very grand but a bit dated. Perfect for international Euostar Travellers as you can access the St Pancras International station from inside the hotel. Overall a great stay."
