"Great check in service. I contacted the hotel before my stay to explain I was visiting for a special occasion. They provided lots of extra touches to make our experience fantastic. Definitely will be returning. You must stay in the rooms facing the bridge. WOW!"

"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."

"Really lovely hotel with friendly staff who were all extremely helpful. Room was clean with exceptional shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast provided a good variety of options, all of which were tasty. Would highly recommend for any stay in London, and was particularly well placed for the theatres on The Strand."
