"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience was positive and they succeeded in that. I doubt there can be a more centrally located hotel if it is theatres and the landmarks of London you are looking for. We will definitely return should my health permit. "

"Such a great hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights on an advertising production. The director and I both loved it. Room is spacious and comfortable, great shower, fluffy robes, nespresso coffee machine, clothing steamer, nice bedding and firm but comfy bed. The hotel gym is small but excellent. Lovely pool. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of healthy options including eggs made to order. Staff and service at the hotel was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet but very walkable to busier areas. I would 100% stay here again."

"Came here on a whim and had a great stay! The hotel is less than 5 min from Holborn station. Great location because your walking distance to Covent Garden and other places. The wifi was fast and I loved how they brought my luggage up for my from storage when my room was ready. I would definitely stay here again. "
