"Great location that has the charm of a room over a tavern. Service was fantastic and the pleasentries did not disappoint. Room was generously spacious. Overall the staff were a pleasure to deal with. "
"This place was great. So much roomier than most places in the surrounding area... at least for the price. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again. "

"The lication was superb for all of the sites, within 10 minute walk of Big Ben and the view from the Japanese restaurant is phenomenal! The food was also very good. "This is a great location, and just a flat out great hotel. Check in is easy, people are friendly, couldn't ask for a better location in London close to the tubes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
"A comfortable room with excellent facilities and quick Internet access.
The President has very helpful staff & with its close proximity to both bus and underground is all one could ask of a top hotel "
"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."
