"This place was great. So much roomier than most places in the surrounding area... at least for the price. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again. "

"My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful.
A wonderful stay and would recommend to all. "
"Great location - hotel is within sight as you exit Charing Cross station. Easy walking distance to lots of shows and most tourist attractions. Rooms are compact but functional and very sound proof."
"The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA ever. I can’t wait to return to London someday soon. Oh they also have a Starbucks in the hotel! It was perfect for me and my son. "
"The standout for me, aside from the location, is the incredible plumbing. Silly as it sounds you can fill a deep bath with scalding hot water in about 90 seconds, as an engineer at heart i find it so impressive that a hotel this size can do this 24/7.
Staff are brilliant and so attentive.
Rooms arent anything special but the amenities are all there and they are clean, and again with everything within a 20 min walk, from theaters to restaurants to the major train stations, its a great choice.
