"Brilliant stay from start to finish. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The mini bar is an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were second to none. The spa facilities are a really great feature after a long day in London. We will be back. "

"Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk was very helpful, Ann at the switchboard, Maintenance et all. Clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lobby bar is also perfect, the bartender was very professional and made great cocktails. "
