"Stayed for 1 night for a business visit. Check in was incredibly smooth, and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an Executive Room, which was fantastic - large, comfortable bed in a spacious room. I heard no noise from surrounding rooms and had an unusually great nights sleep for a hotel room. And a great location, right on the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park - just with I'd had more time to spend there. Will certainly look to stay here again in future."

"Ideally located, just a short walk to several museums and key attractions. Although a single room, it was not too small and had all the amenities that a double room would have - own bathroom, hairdryer, iron, etc. Check-in was straightforward. Both evening meals were very nice, and all staff very helpful. Overall, very enjoyable trip."

"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."
