"This was by far the worst experience we have had with VRBO. the owner never contacted me until after I called vrbo. The #1 problem was this apartment simply did NOT have the space for 6 people as was listed. I could go on and on, but I have an email from someone at vrbo that I talked to and I’ll be contacting her as well. We would like some of our money back. It was so so bad. It was never cleaned.
