10/10 Excellent
"The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "
"We had an amazing 3-night stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo! The location is perfect — close to major attractions and surrounded by affordable dining with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"
"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."
