Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent stay at the RIU Plaza Westminster London. The room was clean, comfortable, and a nice size. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with a great selection every morning. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Westminster and other attractions, yet the area remains quiet and relaxing. A great choice for anyone visiting London."

"The location of the hotel is great. It’s walking distance from a lot of places. Check in and out of the hotel was easy. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom it’s modern. The shower water pressure great but there is no shower door so it becomes a mess cause the water goes everywhere. Our toilet wasn’t so clean when we arrived."

"Our room was not ready until 6:00 p.m. After a 9-hour flight, we were exhausted, and my little girl even fell asleep on the couch in the lobby while we waited. We were told the delay was due to the room being under construction, but I did not see any construction near the area where the room was located was in front at the entrance. The room also did not have an air-conditioning system, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had to request a fan just to make the room bearable. Despite these issues, the hotel is in a great location with convenient access to public transportation."

Park Plaza London Riverbank

Park Plaza London Riverbank

"Booked and paid for a river view room. Was initially placed on the 3rd floor with a view mainly of trees and a sliver of the river. As this was a special trip for us (our anniversary) I went back to the front desk and spoke to a gentleman named Mudra (I think) who listened carefully and quite kindly on the 12th floor with a lovely view. Kudos for that."
