"Upon check in, there was a smell to the home. It smelled like mildew. The sofas were stained, several of the dining room chairs were unsteady and legs loose. There were broken blinds in the dining room and let’s not forget about the roaches in the home. The yard was not maintained, grass in the backyard was almost as tall as a toddler. The mattress in the primary bedroom was horrible, I sank to the middle of the bed. Please by all means stay away from reserving this property!"

"Spacious rooms and large yard space!!!!The ceiling in the kitchen was cracked.The tub in the master bedroom was cracked.Every closet had random items thrown in.Found a few dead roaches.The patio could use plenty of cleaning.The drive way is so steep, good luck getting a car up it. The yard needs some maintenance.Nicest thing at the property was the washer machine...that we didnt use."

"There are a few things that detract from being 5 stars for our family. The outlet in the upstairs double bed room came off multiple times, which is dangerous for our son. There was still hair in the shower from the previous renter as well. One thing that would help would be more comfortable pillows on the beds as well. The location was great for our purposes and getting in touch with the host was easy! We would stay again for sure. "
