Top The Tower Theatre Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Express Folkestone - Channel Tunnel by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Super convenient hotel if you are taking an early train through the tunnel, particularly if you are travelling in a Tesla."
Grand Burstin Hotel Folkestone
8/10 Good
"Pros: The room was very clean and had all the bits and bobs you need ( hair dryer, fan, iron, tea making stuff, tv and a fridge). The hotel also provided a travel cot for our baby. The room had a great sea view. The hotel it self is interesting, a bit run down and rough round the edges. There was live entertainment in the “ballroom” every night, which was cringy in an amusing way. The location is excellent. The room price was very reasonable (mid week). It is a budget hotel not a luxury one. Negatives: the front desk is very understaffed, we wanted to extend our stay and had to queue at reception, only to then be told we had to book via a phone attached to the wall. When we used the phone we were quoted £10 more than hotels.com. We then had to queue for another 20mins to get new key cards. There was only 1 receptionist for a hotel with hundreds of rooms. The pool was pleasant enough but you have to pay £4 each every single time you use it (even as a paying guest at the hotel). I think that’s a bit cheeky and I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before. They could at least add a single charge to your room for a pool pass instead. We didn’t have breakfast as I thought it was a little over priced. Over all we enjoyed staying there and will definitely be returning."

10/10 Excellent
"Had a great stay, beautiful room, friendly staff and great food and drink."
Burlington Hotel, Best Western Premier Collection
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Burlington for only one night but had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had a lovely dinner. The location worked out well for our remaining plans although we wish we'd had time to explore the town."
Driftwood Cottage by Bloom Stays - family friendly cottage with sea views
10/10 Excellent
"Our 9-year-old daughter chose Driftwood Cottage, and what a wonderful choice it was. After the ferry crossing, this was the perfect place to arrive. We usually spend our holidays exploring, but this cottage invited us to slow down, listen to the sea, read a book, and simply enjoy the moment. Before long, we felt completely at home. Our daughter loved every day here, the cottage is beautifully decorated, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the welcome hamper was such a thoughtful surprise.Thank you for sharing this beautiful place. We leave with happy hearts and wonderful memories. With warm wishes,Fam. Holtman from the Netherlands"
Coastal garden flat with parking. Pet friendly! Only 2 minutes from the beach!
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely flat, beautifully furnished and decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lots of 'extras' such as toiletries, hand cream, books, games etc. Suspect the owners use it for holidays themselves as it feels like a much loved home."
2 bedroom accommodation in Sandgate
8/10 Good

The Eaves
10/10 Excellent
"Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough."
