"Air conditioning came in big when the temps hit 96F. Concierge was super helpful. The staff allowed us to use the showers after our long flight before our room was ready. The restaurant and food was perfect. Lap pool was a surprise. Everything was just great for our week in London."

Our room was cleaned daily (2nd floor attendant was anwesome!) anytime we needed anything the front desk was quick to provide. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here on my husbands 50th birthday. Loved it even though I wore a message for them when I booked that a need some balloons of a small cake in the room for husband’s surprise then hotel staff said they didn’t get the message 😢. He offered me a drink vouchers our stay was for one night only and the cafe was opening at 12 noon can’t use it as I had to check out at 11.00. But it was a good stay will definitely recommend."
