"I traveled with my husband and two boys, ages 5 & 6 in August 2026. The hotel staff was professional and polite, rooms were spacious for London and great amenities, and the property was centrally located and easily accessible. My kids especially enjoyed splashing around the big bathtub after a day of sightseeing. The A/C was fab, as the city was in the middle of a heatwave during our visit."

"Would definitely recommend. Great location and felt safe. Helpful and efficient staff. We had a lovely experience got offered a free room upgrade, convenient parking on site and help with any issues we had. Hotel is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the spa facilities as it wasn’t too busy, especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, the relaxation room was also an added bonus. Would visit again in the future :)"

"Hotel was wonderful. Loved the soaking tub and true queen size beds for a European room. Might've preferred a more central location with walkable landmarks but appreciated being away from the chaos. Would've liked longer pool hours and having kids access to the pool after 5pm. But overall, lovely hotel!"

"We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Our interaction with staff was pleasant. The hotel was within walking distance of major tube stations like the Bank, Monument, and Liverpool Street Stations, restaurants, and places of interest. A few things to note: - We were in the one bedroom apartment on the third floor. Although there were two windows, both windows faced high walls. This resulted in very limited natural light within the apartment. In addition, the paint on the walls was dark which made the appearance of the room even darker. - The bathroom was also not as bright as expected. There was one lightbulb that was out. We called reception but it turned out to be a sensor bulb that stays off. - The air freshener or cleaning chemicals were a bit strong and could be an issue for people who are sensitive to strong fragrances. The smell was especially noticeable in the lobby and elevators of the building. We would stay here again but in a room with a city view and if the fragrance was not as strong as we were quite sensitive to the smell."
