"Hotel Edison was an excellent choice for our stay in NYC. The staff were helpful, kind, and friendly. Everything was handled with a smile from our room upgrade, holding our bags so we could do some sightseeing, and valet parking our car. We would definitely stay here again."

"The check in was lengthy. It was like he was searching for the worst room to put us in. Then as we moved in. We observed the following. The cabinet door to the dresser under the desk was unhinged. The door was hanging by 1 hinge. Could not use it to put away our toiletries etc. The sink had mold. It was clearly visible in the mirror. The shampoo and body wash bottles had mold behind it. The covers are oversized. It clearly was for a king bed and not a full sized bed. The office chair was very old. The leatherette was peeled off. Like they got the chair from the street corner and put it there for us. Terrible The standards of a Hilton property was not there. This was not encouraging."

"The property location was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had some issues at check in with rooms not being ready but they were very nice about it and refunded some of our resort fees! Our air conditioning in the room didn’t work and we didnt realize we could have opened the window! No screens on them though. We were able to change rooms after the first night! The lobby, bar and all staff was nice and welcoming! The Parisien cafe located in the hotel is amazing! Food is delicious! Overall it was a good place to stay and i would book it again. Just dont unpack til you know your air works if you like a cold room to sleep in! "

"I absolutely love this hotel, especially for its excellent location and the strong sense of safety it provides. Being in such a convenient area makes it easy to get around the city and enjoy everything New York has to offer. I also truly appreciate how secure and comfortable I feel every time I stay here. The staff is always attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and reliable. Because of all these reasons, this hotel has become my go-to place whenever I visit New York—I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else."
