"A clean and cozy experience. The room is ample sized. I prefer to get the room with the window as it feels like a premium room. There is little storage space which is something to be wary about. The room features full air conditioning and was perfect for our stay during a heatwave"

"Pros: 1) Nice room size for 2, though luggage space was more limited in Standard room compared to Corner room (I stayed in both). 2) Comfortable bed and space for things 3) Corner room with the couch was nice but the TV placing is a bit awkward. 4) Very clean room. 5) AC works well; took quite long to cool down on Day 1 (maybe because of the heatwave). Cons: 1) Water Pressure is quite bad. Bathing still bearable, but flushing was bad. 2) New hotel but use 2 turning knobs (one hot and one cold) for sink. Difficult to turn knobs with soap on hands. Nice but not user friendly. 3) Bathtub (for corner room) was not well designed for use. No handle for getting up (so not usable to me). Staff service depends on who serves me. I called Guest Service, no answer; called Operations can't answer my query and didn't get back even though said will check and get back. But most staff is friendly and one manager agreed to let me store 1 luggage for a few days as I was returning for another 5 days stay (while a staff rejected me out right). Manager makes up for the additional 1 stay for service. Overall, still a nice and comfortable stay."

"Lovely quite location in Canery Wharf only 5 mins from Jubilee Line. Plenty to do and see close by. Staff were lovely. We were there on the hottest week of the year and unfortunately no air con in rooms. Only fan which helped a bit. Too hot to leave window open. Therefore uncomfortable nights sleeping. There is a lovely seating area and lounge to sit around and free tea/coffee"
