"The food was fresh everyday and was delicious. All staff were friendly and very helpful when I had questions. Close to the subway which made travel very convenient. "

"Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again."
