"I always stay here after a late flight to Rome it’s so convenient but boy it’s expensive £280 without breakfast and they wanted 3euros for the water in the room. I’ll still stay but I will still think it’s expensive."

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with many options. Great location - very close to many attractions. Deluxe triple room was very large by European standards. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was not turned on yet in mid-April, and no fans were available, despite the fact that it was 80 degrees."

"Hotel is in a very good location in Trastevere where there are plenty of eating options. It is also convenient for public transport options or a nice walk into some of main tourist spots. The breakfast is very good - buffet style with plenty of variety. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I saw a huge crockroach crawling on the bowls as I was getting breakfast and the staff just took it away and laughed about it like it's normal. It was so gross. Coffee maker was broken and stuff tried to fix but couldn't fix it. The toilet kept running and so it was hard to sleep. Took them 2 days before they had someone fix it. The staff are grumpy and not friendly except for a few people. The area near train station is very sketchy so would not recommend for kids. My kids were scared walking around. We witness a huge fist fight in front of the hotel. Omg. "

"We stayed in a "delux" bungalow.... it was hardly delux. yes it was clean but it was very basic ... there is a fridge but no cups/glasses/plates/kettle ect ... Location wise it was fine , a bus & a metro ride to most of the sites "
