"This hotel was really nice clean and staff was amazing nothing to much trouble they was so helpful, the only thing was the restaurant, we booked a table in the restaurant on the Friday night and had fish and chips, the Fish was Cod but was small and gray and the batter was soggy, I know they boost the restaurant for steak but they need to up the game on the fish, we also had a few light meals off the menu and they was brilliant could not fault them, I don't think MPW would put his name to that...

"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. "I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit".
